1. Acceptance
By creating an account or clicking "I agree" you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you act on behalf of a business, you warrant that you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
SaathiX Billing provides cloud-based billing, point-of-sale, inventory, CRM and reporting tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available depend on your plan.
3. Your account
- You must be 18+ and provide accurate KYC details
- Keep credentials confidential — you are responsible for all actions on your account
- Notify us within 24 hours of any suspected breach
- One account per store unless you are on a Multi-store plan
4. Fees, taxes and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Invoices are sent in PDF with your GSTIN where provided.
Auto-renewal is enabled by default · you may turn it off anytime from Settings → Billing. Failed payments grace period is 7 days, after which the account moves to read-only mode.
5. Free trial
New stores get a 14-day free trial with full Growth-plan features. No credit card is required to start. The trial ends automatically · no charges are made unless you explicitly subscribe.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use SaathiX Billing for any unlawful business or to invoice for prohibited goods
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our APIs (rate limit · 600 req/min)
- Do not resell or white-label the service without a written partner agreement
- Do not upload malware, illegal content or data you do not have rights to
7. Your data
You own all data you upload. We hold a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. You can export everything in CSV / JSON / Excel from Settings → Backup at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The SaathiX Billing software, brand, designs and documentation are owned by SaathiX Technologies and protected by Indian and international IP law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service during your subscription.
9. Uptime & support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance. Support is offered in English and Hindi via chat (10am–10pm IST) and email 24×7.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SaathiX Billing against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your data, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing · see our Refund Policy for pro-rated refunds.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (seat · Uttar Pradesh, language · English, sole arbitrator).
