Acceptable Use Policy

• Using SaathiX Billing to bill or stock goods prohibited under Indian law (narcotics, counterfeit currency, banned substances).
• Selling tobacco, alcohol or pharmaceutical products without the required licences.
• Issuing fake invoices, evading GST or claiming fraudulent input tax credit.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping or building competing products from our platform.
• Reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling SaathiX Billing without a written partner agreement.
• Uploading malware, executing denial-of-service attacks or probing for vulnerabilities outside our bug-bounty programme.

• You must own or have a lawful basis to upload customer data, product images and supplier records.
• Do not store payment card numbers, CVVs or PINs anywhere in SaathiX Billing · use the Razorpay/UPI integrations instead.
• Do not use the bulk WhatsApp / SMS tools to send unsolicited marketing to people who have not opted in.

Subscription plans are subject to fair-use limits to keep the platform fast for everyone.

• API: 60 requests per minute, 10,000 per day on standard plans.
• Bulk imports: up to 50,000 SKUs per upload.
• WhatsApp campaigns: 1,000 messages per day per workspace.
• Outgoing webhooks: 5 retries with exponential backoff.

Sustained usage above these limits is throttled. Enterprise plans can negotiate custom limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. We will notify the registered admin email of the reason.

Suspected illegal activity is reported to the appropriate authorities under applicable Indian law.

To report a violation by another user, email abuse@saathix.com with as much detail as you can provide. Reports are reviewed within 48 business hours.
