1. The short version
- 14-day free trial, no card required
- Monthly plans · cancel anytime, next month is not billed
- Annual plans · cancel within 30 days for 100% refund, after that pro-rated
- Refunds reach your bank in 7–10 working days
- Add-ons (SMS / WhatsApp credits) are non-refundable once used
2. How to cancel
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing cycle. Your data stays in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation, then it is permanently deleted unless you reactivate.
3. Monthly plans
Cancel anytime before your next renewal date. No partial refunds for the current month are offered, but you continue to use the service until the cycle ends.
4. Annual plans
Within 30 days of purchase: full refund, minus payment gateway charges (~2%) and any SMS / WhatsApp credits already consumed.
After 30 days: pro-rated refund for the unused months, rounded down to the nearest full month, paid to the original payment method.
5. Add-ons and credits
WhatsApp business templates, SMS credits, transactional email packs, custom domains and one-time setup fees are non-refundable once delivered or consumed. Unused credits do not expire and can be used anytime during your subscription.
6. Plan downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. The price difference is credited to your wallet and applied automatically to future invoices.
7. When refunds are NOT applicable
- Violation of Terms of Service or fraudulent use
- Add-on credits already consumed
- Hardware purchases (POS printers, scanners) after 7 days of delivery, unless defective
- Free trial conversions where you forgot to cancel · we'll happily downgrade you to a smaller plan instead
8. Hardware orders
Thermal printers, scanners and cash drawers ordered via our partner store may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition for a 100% refund. Defective units are replaced free under a 1-year warranty.
9. How to claim a refund
Email billing@saathix.com from your registered address with your store name, invoice number and reason. We acknowledge within 1 working day and credit the amount in 7–10 working days.
10. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, raise a formal grievance with our Grievance Officer at grievance@saathix.com. Unresolved disputes go to arbitration in Uttar Pradesh per our Terms of Service.
