Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, SaathiX Billing has appointed a Grievance Officer.

2. What you can raise

  • Concerns about how your personal data is processed or shared.
  • Requests to access, correct, update or erase your data under the DPDP Act 2023.
  • Complaints about content posted by other users that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Reports of intellectual property infringement on our platform.
  • Any breach of our published policies.

3. Timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Initial response: within 15 days as per Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules 2021.
  • Final resolution: within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Data principal rights requests under DPDP: completed within 30 days.

4. How to submit a grievance

Send a written complaint to grievance@saathix.com with the following:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Workspace / store ID (if applicable).
  • Description of the grievance with date, time and screenshots.
  • The outcome you are seeking.
  • Proof of identity (passport, Aadhaar masked, driving licence).

5. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once notified by the Government, or approach the appropriate consumer forum / cyber crime portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
