Shipping & Delivery Policy

SaathiX Billing is a SaaS subscription. This page explains digital activation timelines and how we ship optional POS hardware ordered through our store.

1. Scope

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of the SaathiX Billing platform and to physical hardware (barcode scanners, thermal printers, cash drawers, label printers) shipped from our Uttar Pradesh fulfilment centre.

2. Digital subscription delivery

Upon successful payment, your SaathiX Billing workspace is activated instantly. Access credentials and the login URL are emailed to the billing contact within 15 minutes.

  • Trial accounts activate within 60 seconds of signup.
  • Paid plan upgrades reflect within 5 minutes of payment capture.
  • If you do not receive activation within 30 minutes, write to support@saathix.com with your order ID.

3. Hardware shipping

Hardware orders are dispatched from our Uttar Pradesh warehouse via Bluedart, Delhivery or India Post (Speed Post) depending on the destination pincode.

  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4-7 business days
  • North-East, J&K and remote pincodes: 7-12 business days
  • International shipping is not currently offered.

A tracking number is shared via SMS, email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Shipping charges

  • Orders above ₹5,000: free shipping across India.
  • Orders below ₹5,000: flat ₹149 shipping & handling.
  • Cash-on-delivery is not available for hardware orders.

5. Undeliverable shipments

If a courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the package returns to our warehouse. Our team will contact you to either reship (additional ₹149 charges apply) or refund the order value minus the original shipping cost.

6. Damaged or wrong items

Inspect hardware on delivery. Report any damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours at support@saathix.com along with photos of the carton, invoice and damaged unit. Approved cases are eligible for free replacement or refund.
