2. GST and tax computations
SaathiX Billing automates GST calculations, HSN classification and GSTR-1 export based on the data entered by the user. While we apply current GST Council rules, the user is solely responsible for the accuracy of master data (HSN codes, tax rates, GSTIN) and for filing returns on time. SaathiX Billing is not liable for any penalty, interest or notice arising from incorrect data or filing.
3. Third-party services
SaathiX Billing integrates with third-party services such as Razorpay, WhatsApp Business API, Tally, Zomato, Swiggy and the GST e-Invoice portal. We are not responsible for downtime, billing or content of these services. Use is governed by their respective terms.
4. Accuracy of information
While we make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing and roadmap descriptions up to date, SaathiX Billing does not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free. Pricing on the website is indicative; the final invoice issued at the time of purchase prevails.
5. No warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaathiX Billing disclaims all warranties express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
SaathiX Billing's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages including loss of profit, goodwill or data.

8. Governing law
