1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences, keep you signed in and measure how you use the product.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary: session tokens, CSRF protection, load-balancer affinity. These cannot be turned off.
Functional: language preference, store-switcher selection, sidebar collapsed state, last-used POS counter.
Analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage data (page views, feature adoption, error rate) via PostHog and Google Analytics 4.
Marketing: only on our public marketing site (saathix.com). Used for retargeting via Google Ads and Meta Pixel. Never used inside the authenticated product.

4. Your choices
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies from the consent banner shown on first visit. You can revoke consent anytime from Settings → Privacy in the product, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a checkout.
5. Do-Not-Track signals
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported by the browser. When detected, analytics and marketing cookies are not set.
6. Updates
We refresh this policy whenever we add or remove a tracking technology. Material changes are notified via the consent banner.
